certainly my favorite board currently, and possibly overall ^^ .. its gorgeous, with incredible colors and shading, great contrast and lighting .. I picked this up with the doujin artbook for this group, which is filled with black and white sketches. overall style is reminescent of ranga murata, particularly with the unusual headgear, but the faces lack murata's expressiveness.
this has been one of my most wanted boards since 2004, when I first saw it in someone else's collection and was blown away. I've never seen that image anywhere else, until I won the YJ auction for it (for a lot less than I was ready to pay *cheers*) ..
