sale policy

If you have any questions at all, please ask first before purchasing.  I will describe the item and condition as best as I can, and will provide better scans/pics if needed. 

If you are definitely interested in any of the items, e-mail me the following info:
- item descriptions/codes/prices (copy and paste item description)
- mailing address
- payment preference
- shipping preference

Sending this info initially will cut down on the number of communications if you're serious about buying.  I will confirm availability within 24 hours and send payment info.   I will place the item(s) on hold at this time.


Payment
Paypal (bank account only, NO credit cards) or money order (USPS preferred).  Items paid for by Paypal will ship on the next mailout day.  Items paid for by money order will ship on the next mailout day after I receive it.  Please let me know when you send out the money order. 

Please don't send payment until I've confirmed the total, with shipping.


Shipping
I ship every Saturday after receiving payment.  Choose your mailing options from the following:
- First class (FC) (starts at 1.75, maximum weight 13 oz)
- Priority mail (4.80 for flat rate envelope, 8.95 for flat rate box)

Optional
- Proof of mailing: Priority - Delivery confirmation, 0.65; First Class - Certificate of mailing, 1.10 for envelopes, Delivery confirmation, 0.75 for packages (> 3/4 inches thick)
- Insurance (add 1.70 up to 50.00, 2.60 up to 100.00)

If you do not insure, I will not be responsible if it is lost.  The post office is generally reliable but there are no guarantees against lost mail.  For purchases more than $100, I will cover the insurance.


General points
- Information is for U.S. only.  E-mail if you live outside the U.S. 
- I check e-mail at least once a day so if you don't hear back from me in 24 hours, it wouldn't hurt to e-mail again.
- I am flexible but I will not hold items forever, waiting for payment or to hear back from a query.  I don't want to put a precise time but in general, if I don't hear back in 7 days, I will put items back for sale.  If you didn't follow through on a previous purchase, that 7 days probably won't apply.
